Swedish agitators, the Viagra Boys whipped up a '90s-era pit during a chaotic jammed-out version of Research Chemicals, complete with a shambolic sax solo, a keytar, trippy bongos and squealing modular synths that allowed a shirtless heavily tattooed Sebastian Murphy time to chug his beer, take in the spectacle and crowd surf to close out the group’s sweat-inducing set. I feel bad for whoever had to follow that up.
The group recently stopped at Seattle radio institution KEXP and ripped through four songs that you can watch here.
